Employment Opportunities at Love Wins Movement

Love Wins Movement is seeking a part-time Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to help create a welcoming, organized, and meaningful experience for our Difference Makers.

This position will support volunteer recruitment, communication, scheduling, hospitality, recognition, and community engagement. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, outgoing, and highly organized—someone who is excited to connect with volunteers and build relationships with local churches, schools, businesses, civic organizations, and community partners.

Position details:

• Part-time W-2 position; approx. 15 hrs per week
• November 1, 2026–June 30, 2027
• Based in Severn, Maryland
• Some evening and weekend availability may be required

We want to be fully transparent that this is a temporary, grant-funded position currently funded through June 30, 2027. Love Wins Movement will pursue additional funding to continue the role, but employment beyond the grant period cannot be guaranteed.
